Neeraj Sahai has served as President of Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services since January 2014. Before joining the Company, Mr. Sahai was the head of Citi\'s Securities and Fund Services (SFS) business and also acted as chief fiduciary officer of Citigroup. He began at SFS in 2005 and significantly grew the business, which offers securities services to investors, issuers and intermediaries with an on?the?ground presence in more than 95 countries. From 2002 to 2005, he was chief financial officer of Citi\'s Global Transaction Services. He has also served as head of audit and risk review for Citi\'s Capital Markets and Banking businesses and held a range of other roles with Citi in the U.S. Early in his career he held a number of positions of increasing responsibility with Citi in India. He began his career at Citi in 1984, managing relationships with and serving as credit officer for clients in the Corporate Bank and Financial Institutions group. Mr. Sahai holds a bachelor\'s degree in economics with honors and a master\'s degree in economics from the University of Delhi and an MBA from Clarkson University. He has also completed the Wharton Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
